ABOUT ME

I quit my job as an engineering consultant to pursue a career in photography. I love to travel, and have been lucky to visit a few places so far. Hopefully it will be a life-long pastime.

I'm also an outdoor enthusiast. I participate in mountain biking, rock climbing, mountaineering, scuba diving, hiking, cycle-touring.

I have been primarily a surfer, but now in a position to host too.

Surfed a few couches, hosted a surfer, been to a CS party.

Music, Movies, and Books

Not too picky with music or movies, except I don't like horror movies, and only very limited rap and R&B and hip hop music. I like music from different cultures too.

I like to read but don't have much time to do so: Classics, Graham Greene, Dostoevsky, travel and adventure stories. I'd like to read more, but books are too good and they take over my life to the exclusion of sleep. I love looking at maps.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycle-toured around Spain and France for 3 months...amazing.
