About Me

Originally hailing from Wuhan and raised in the student city of Würzburg, I'm an Automotive Engineer located in Munich with a passion for electrification. If you're interested in the future of sustainable transportation, we're already off to a great start! Ok...that's enough already for a LinkedIn-style introduction! ;-)

I'm a self-proclaimed foodie with a big weakness for wine, pasta, ham, olives and seafood, especially those from enchanting Spain and Italy. But of course, I don't fail to pay tribute to my ancestors either – a world without Chinese cuisine would be a cruel one!

In compensation for all the gastronomic guilty pleasure, I'm an active soul who enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, and Yoga.

In a nutshell: balance between physical fitness, mental well-being and culinary indulgence matter to me ;-).

With fluency in German, English, and Spanish, I love connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I also have some basic Mandarin and Italian under my belt...Language barriers shouldn't be an issue when you stay with me!

Lastly, it's important to note that I'm proudly gay. However, I am not a nudist and I respect everyone's comfort levels and preferences. If my sexual orientation is not a concern for you, I am more than happy to host you and share my unique perspective on life.

Looking forward to meeting fellow adventurers, savoring delicious meals, and exploring the beauty of languages, nature and cultures!

Interests

Staying active with swimming, hiking, and yoga.
Trying to find time for surfing and for getting lost in good books.
Learning and perfecting Spanish and Italian because languages fascinate me.
Enjoying a good dose of dark humor over good wine or beer.
Traveling whenever I can to explore new places and meet new people.
Curious about politics, world affairs, and the cultural differences that shape our world (for better or worse...).
