HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i have travelled quite abit, and plan to do alot more. throughout this travelling the things that really made the experiances for me where the people i met and the people who helped me out. these experiances really confirmed my faith in humanity therefore helping other people, in being as best a host i can posibly be, is the least i can do and something i love doing.

Music, Movies, and Books

music: different types for different situations, be it moshing to some ska, chillin' to some reggae / jazz or jumpin' round like a loon to some drum n bass.
movies: dont spend to much time in front of the T.V although gotta a love a great film once in a while, my philosophy - a good movie finds you.
books: I love reading so I´ll just give you my top 4: If this be a man by Primo Levi, Things fall apart by Chinua Achebe, On the road by Jack Kerouac, Red sky at sunrise by Laurie Lee.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the sahara: was amazing, huge, vast.... man, words cannot describe.
hopping an iron ore train in mauritania: jumped on a laden iron ore train from the middle of the desert and rode it through the night to the coast.
laguna quilotoa: this volcanic lake in ecuador was such a mission to get to but was one of the most peacefull, incredible places i've ever been.

been playin guitar for ageeees but should be alot better, i think the problem is i never practice. know quite abit about about development issues and social justice as i studied international development and now work in this field. I also have worked some time as an english and am always happy helping people improve their english - especially as I know how important and enriching learning a new language is.
