CURRENT MISSION
Relocate to Vancouver in 2014!!!
ABOUT ME
I try and operate on a work to live type philosophy, Quite my job 3 times in 5 years to do round the world trips. So much for climbing the corporate ladder!
Other than that a normal guy who loves beers, sports and his mates and would much prefer hanging out at a park or beach to seeing a museum. Really just anything outdoorsy or chilled out is how i like to pass time. Spent 6 months in Europe this Summer and now 3 months in South America before i settle down to work in Vancouver in April.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfing, Hosting, Meet ups and all the other good stuff that comes with CS
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Only had a few experiences but I know Philadelphia wouldn't have been as good any other way but surfing. Couchsurfing also made my trip to the Kentucky Derby one of the best travel events of my life!
After I moved back from the mining industry I had a boring roads job in perth for a few months and was sad if more than a few days went by when I wasn't hosting! Hosting surfers really makes life better especially when you live in a house by yourself and can't really cook! I now have a new appreciation/love for crepes!
Moving to Vancouver in 2014 so will host once I have a place set up!

Music, Movies, and Books
Very partial to Triple J's music selection as most Australians are. I want to make it to as many of the worlds big festivals as possible, I highly recommend SXSW in Austin!
However currently Loving Flume, Blur, Tame Impala, Two Door Cinema club and my future wife Florence Welch!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking the Inca trail up to Machu Picchu was one of the best things i have ever done. Waking up and walking out of your tent to see the Inca trail was how life should be lived.
Also swimming alongside a whale shark is a pretty humbling experience when you realise it could swallow you whole without breaking stride.
