ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. My family originally immigrated from Kiev, Ukraine the year before I was born. I grew up with a big family of cousins, aunt and uncle, grandparents, brother, and parents in one household.

I'm a very active person and love to do different activities such as surfing, rock climbing, hiking. However, I also like to explore different cultures, eat delicious and adventurous food, sip fine wine, and enjoy a good conversation about life.

I have a very easy going and friendly personality. I love to travel and meet people from all different backgrounds. I don't take myself too seriously and enjoy a good laugh with new friends. When I visit a new city I like to meet the locals to get their perspective on the city they live in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing to meet likeminded, open individuals as well as to save a bit of money! :D Hopefully I can meet a new surf bud along the way.

I love to travel. When I'm not working, I'm very active either rock climbing or surfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

11 hour overnight hike of Volcano Baru in panama
Skied in the French Alpes (Tignes)
Visiting the Western Wall in Jerusalem as well as the Dead Sea
Living with a host Family in italy
Seeing the city my family was raised in for the first time: Kiev, Ukraine

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge about health and fitness. I coach people to live healthier lives, as well as improve their movement to prevent future injury. I can also share some great stories about my travels :D
