Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've met many travellers through working on vineyards and have (usually) enjoyed they're company. I enjoy the opportunity to show off a little of my country! I have three children, one (Lachie age 14) who lives with me and the other 2 live in the north island with their mum. When they're not here, it's just me and the dog so it would be great to have some people round to make a bit of noise!

I also have a Flatmate from France working in the wine industry.

Marlborough is wine country in New Zealand, and I have been working in the industry for many years. I can take you to wineries for tastings.

What I Can Share with Hosts

One double room, that can be set as a double or 2 single beds. Shower, bath, separate toilet, washing facilities. A bit of local knowledge. There are so many beautiful and interesting places within an hour of my home, and I would enjoy showing you around.

If you are coming to Blenheim to look for work, I'm happy to help you find some work (no guarantees! But right now (November 2017) there's tons of vineyard work.) and you're welcome to stay here while you search.
