I've never couchsurfed, but my friend has couchsurfed, where he's made lifelong friends. I've met many of the people he has hosted on his couch and they've been amazing people. I think that meeting new people from different parts of the country and world opens your eyes to new ideas.

I can be somewhat shy, but I also am deeply curious about how people live in other places. Part of the appeal of couchsurfing for me is to get me out of my comfort zone, to make me meet new people, and to learn more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driven over 2,000 miles in a span of a week from Buffalo to Nashville to DC and back home in order to see two friends. Maybe not amazing, but amazingly dumb. Hopefully I can find something much better to actually include here while I'm couchsurfing.
