Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend and I are traveling across the country from Seattle back to Alabama. We fly into Seattle June 25th and will be driving back for 10 days. Just learned about this and it seems like a way to meet people vs. staying in a hotel every night.

I was a Scuba instructor for a year or so and I was also a wedding photographer for several years. Now I've switched to kayaking and I'd like to add in more traveling.
