Overview
About Me
I'm a Realtor living in a historic monument home in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Highland Park has the largest historic zone in the city of Los Angeles and has become mecca to creatives from all over the country and the world. Its a great place to live.
I work and live to travel. Nothing brings me more pleasure and I consider fellow travelers my kindred spirits. I've traveled a lot, but not nearly as much as I'd like.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm recently back from Ecuador where I met a couple on a tour who were couch surfing their way through Central and S. America. They were truly inspiring. They turned me onto this site. I have a spare room and a great location which I'm happy to share with fellow travelers. I may reverse the situation on future travels.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read a lot and love any kind of fiction that is well written. I like most kinds of world music, pop, classical, balads...
When it comes to movies I tend to like action/adventure, but appreciate anything with a good story that is well told
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've designed the restoration of hundreds of historic homes...
Teach, Learn, Share
I taught ESL for a couple of years, so am good with non-native speakers of English (pardon me if I correct your English). I've worked in event planning, real estate appraisal and sales, design, fiction writing, marketing, retail, food service, farming, massage therapy...
