I am a freelance writer and editor based out of North Carolina, producing content for a number of local and regional publications.
When I’m not working, there are few things I enjoy more than sitting on my porch, book in hand, turntable playing.
However, I’m most comfortable when I’m on the move. My wife and I used to love traveling. She passed away in January 2017 of complications from ovarian cancer. But I’m looking to hit the road again, and one of my goals in life to reach the ends of the Earth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I want to spend time with people who are knowledgeable about the area. I also love hearing people tell their stories, and I like sharing my experiences as well.
