One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

in 2016, I did a 5 week culinary driving tour starting in Sicily and ending in Genova. I covered 4000 km visiting small factories of artisan food products, vineyards, open markets, and working with other chefs. Also spent time with many good friends I have there.
