About Me
Starting a new project for bringing streetpass Princeton to the world
My name is Robert the second and I'm here to send some streetpass love to my twin brother who desperately needs us to be his community. Back in 2011 I started streetpass princeton interviewing with princeton university & nintendo world report, coming to GameStop to be the first one to buy the Nintendo 3ds when it came out. Our first meetup was in May at Panera we had a mini contest with AR cards, qr cards and finishing with a super streetfighter 4 3d fight for the winner of the event. after that day many other streetpass events continued and we were able to create a space for people that need a place to play games in a way that shows love for others.
I'm going to segway to some more personal information about myself and Nicholas. I was born with a aortic stenosis & later diagnosed with dyslectic. My twin brother Nicholas was diagnosed with Aspergers later to be called on the spectrum what ever that means.... they gave him Ritalin which can be habit forming along with many other health costs. We have always had a special bond growing up particularly gaming on Nintendo platforms. When the Nintendo ds came out, I remember reggie fils ame marketing the system.. Utada Hikaru was the Nintendo ds spokesperson...
In my high school I was the unofficial official Nintendo ds spokesperson promoted the Nintendo ds to all my classmates. Got the class president the Nintendo ds and had the Nintendo ds beat out the psp in my high school as the dominated high school. Later when the Nintendo 3ds came out we made our mark in Princeton with group events that had also the wii & wii u synergy. Nicholas took over the group in late 2012 and I left the group during august to pursue helping others with physical therapy. Nicholas really broke out of his shell inspiring others to send street Pass love to those around him...
He really embodied love your neighbor as you should love yourself. I did see some people that I warned Nicholas about, but Nicholas is such a giver he loves helping people especially those that clearly deserve nothing...
Nicholas has suffered multiple loses over the years. people taking from him to the point of ruin. Nicholas officially stepped down and allowed Kristian Steinagel to take over events around 2016. It's always been our dream to be ambassadors for Nintendo and keep that fire that burns inside of all of us. Our dream is to keep streetpass going beyond just the Nintendo 3ds Life span. Some of those plans are to donate Nintendo 3ds systems to libraries, engage in more events to bring that to light to keep the darkness at bay.
I just want to finish this by thanking you for your time because I know I don't deserve it and that everything you've done for us is deeply appreciated. besides donations sharing this message or Nicholas the gaming otter content will keep this dream burning for an eternity.
Sending all the Love, Peace, and Joy that only StreetPass Love can provide your friends, family and other loved ones :-)
