I did the Annapurna circuit in Nepal. 10 day Vipassana Meditation retreat.

I want to learn spanish and other languages so I am able to understand and talk to different people all around the world. I can teach you a breathing technique which makes you resistent to the cold and will boost your immune system. I am able to share different Yoga techniques which I've learnt during my retreats. I can also teach you various kinds of meditation.
