About Me

Outdated profile, need to write it again, but an overview of what's changed from my Erasmus time in Sweden in 2014 until now is that I graduated and now I'm living in Karlsruhe, Germany.

CURRENT MISSION

First time in Europe, I've got to meet most places in these 5 months

ABOUT ME

I'm living only in Jönköping until June as I am taking a semester abroad.

I'll ask a friend of mine later to write my description as apparently I always say the opposite of what I actually am, but In a honest way :P like from what I recall I'm quite a shy person but my friends say I'm outgoing and I don't have a difficult time finding friends, and that's actually true, but I still think I'm shy, so, ha!
Oh also I'm gentle and kind, I think that everybody has to be so, but I can guarantee that I'm going to be like that all the time, maybe its because I never have headaches!

PHILOSOPHY

Give me a few months, that's why I decided to take a semester abroad, to know who I am.
Right now my daily life is amazing as I'm experiencing life in a new continent, with new people, all with different background.
Maybe my philosophy at the moment is to live my life as if it was my FIRST day on Earth, like a baby who learns something new every minute, it is good to learn new things, as a baby, but to be potty-trained already.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only once in London and it was such a great experience I would repeat it a thousand times, the host was also hosting about 7 more guys from different countries so it made me feel like I was still in my Erasmus spending good time with people from around the world, with that in mind and with my great experience in London, I would like to embrace an international environement around me , and what could be better than this?

Interests

Desserts, Cooking, Languages so bad!, getting to know what people did on their afternoon, food! Music, movies, fantasy books, videogames, technology, alcohol, cocktails, historical backgrounds, oh and nature, I love it.

Music, Movies, and Books

From classic music and orchestral, to blonde pop from these USA girls, and rock, nothing crazy, but enjoyable.
As for books, mostly fantasy booksellers, I read the books from The Chronicles of Narnia years before the movie went out, LOTR, Hunger Games.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teaching English to kids whom economic issues wouldn't allow them to take private English lessons, was so amazing to experience, the gratitude these kids show back to you is enormous, and to see them actually learning something from me, experience that growth on knowledge and that I'm part responsible for that, man, it is incredible :)

01/05/2014 @ Voss, Norway: I was in a random mountain, we decided to reduce the path just by climbing it but man we basically made it to the top of the mountain with no path and it was turning dangerous, I had a feeling that it could be the last mountain I would climb, that we would be on TV with a highlight of "Mexican and germans found in the middle of nowhere in a random mountain at Voss, Norway", in other words, this sensation of danger made me feel more alive than ever and made me realize that my life still has a purpose and I still have people to love.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well Spanish is my mother language, want to practice Spanish? you can try with me, my friends from US always want to practice their spanish with me and I know how to do this as I have been a language teacher before! :D
In terms of languages I would really want to improve my Swedish, I really want to be a fluent speaker but I'm basically at 0!
Aside from languages I could learn ANYTHING that won't kill me

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Russian Federation, Spain, United Kingdom
