Seeing the connection within us all, I strive to continue to connect with others. Enjoying life through learning, experiencing, sharing and don't discriminate because we are all human. We all come from different backgrounds and perceive this life differently. I respect different outlooks and enjoy connecting with others for the greater goodness. Further advancement for the greater good is the mentality I wish we all can adopt. That will ultimately make this world a greater place in many aspects.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by using the opportunity that couch surfing provides to meet other people by hosting, surfing and also meeting up when able.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I learned about this community at an event with other couchsurfers in Lafayette, LA many years ago. There, I learned from their experiences and gained a better understanding of how this community operates. From then on I've been hooked; CS in many states and have hosted travelers from different states in the US and from countries abroad. As a result, there has been a multitude of memories and experiences that I will never forget. This community allows random people (but not so random) to connect and for the most part, enjoy this human experience.

Music: Electronic, trance, deep house, reggae, indie, cumbias, funk, classical, down temp/chill, some rock and country. Always open to discovering a new genre or new style of music from any corner of the globe.

Movies: Fight Club, Dead Poets Society, Forest Gump, Good Will Hunting, The Lion King, The Office [TV series ;) ]....these are what comes to mind at the moment.....

Books: Walden, The richest man in Babylon, The secret of secrets, outwitting the devil, all of Napoleon Hill's works, and most philosophical books. For the most part I read alot of nonfiction, but I do read fiction at times. Have any recommendations?

I have been told I am the jack of manyl trades and constantly love to learn new things. From basic carpentry to basic mechanics to understandings of a wide range of abstract subjects, I am sure that I can learn from anyone. There is always something to discover or learn. I look forward to learning about harnessing and producing renewable energy, permaculture, etc.
