WHO AM I?

Let's assume that we can get to know before the end of a whole life who we are, could we be sure that we are not dreaming about the life and about the fact that we understood who we are? Could we ever get some certainty about ourselfes?

I've studied philosophy and I'm interested in comparative studies, antropology and religions. My little personal adventure to discovering the MEANING OF THE UNIVERSE. I like to talk with new peole for discover every day new life stories and new points of view, I really believe that human being experience is an unequalled treasure.

MY LIFE

I was born in Italy, and I grew up in a little city near Turin famous for oranges carnival battle, actually quite bloody :). After I spent some years in Turin joining Erasmus parties and studing at the university. Last year I lived in Poland near Gdansk because I was volunteering in a EVS project with a neighbourhood association. I worked with kids with difficult family situations and with elderly people from a bad district for one year, but during this time I joined also many trips, adventures, parties and cripy moments. I think that last year I was travelling more that in whole my life: among the other stories I visited Lithuania, Latvia, Lettonia anf Finland whit a group of friends usig couchsurfing and with a total budget of approximately 60 euros, food included (I was eating mostly kasza from Poland, very cheap cereal!). I really enjoyed the experience and I would like to keep on meeting people around the world. Now I'm temporarily living in a caravan somewhere 1 hour far from Edinburgh because I wanted to get to know Scotland and so I got a job as strawberry packer in a nice farm. I would like to explore the area around and meet new people :). Untill now Scots has been very kind and the thing that I like the most in them is that they put whiskey everywhere!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I'm a human being lover and I want to conquest the world!

Interests

I like photography and I have two cameras, one analog and one digital, I love in particular analog picture in black and white. I like read a lot, novels and essays. I like to get in touch with the nature and to walk some times even 10 hours inside a beutiful forest or a beautiful city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Glam Rock from the 70's, for example Roxy Music, Jobriath, David Bowie, Alice Cooper, Iggy Pop. My favorite autors are Oscar Wilde, Francis Scott Fitzgerald, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Jean Baudrillard, Guy Debord. And as movie directors I like very much David Lynch, Peter Greenaway and Park Chan-wook.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I broke a kayak :)
-I'm travelling around the world.
-I got drank with the Absinthe that I've just bought in Prague while I was in Vilnius for last New Years Eve and my friends took me to the hospital. Ahah ;P nothing serious. In the moment in which my unconcious heard some words about a tube that the doctor wanted to put in my stomach I immediately came back from the hell.
