Welcoming surfers in Brussels and hoping to be welcomed wherever else - there's no place in the world I wouldn't explore. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed once and hosted a few times.
Most times it was an awesome experience, and even when it wasn't awesome it was still interesting and worth it.

Interests

Travelling, gastronomy, sustainable food, ecology, writing, communications, intercultural experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: mainly rock and folk... but always up to discover something new!
Books: Antonio Tabucchi and Isabel Allende are just two of my favourite authors.
Movies: Everything is illuminated, Big Fish, Amélie Poulain, Wes Anderson stuff...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first solo trip in Morocco.

Learning from an Uruguayan nun in rural India how to make papaya jam.

Organising a surprise party for my parents with friends they hadn't seen for ages just for the sake of doing it - 'cause in the end you don't need to go far to do something amazing.

And then all those sweet and impulsive little things that make you feel alive.
