Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host when I'm in town, but never when I'm in the bush. When you're here, my house is your house. Just make sure you don't leave a mess - that will get you kicked out! I have cats so hope you're not allergic. I have a couple of bedrolls for those who need, and occasionally a spare car for running into and out of town. You would be expected to put fuel in for its use. I know the local hang outs and watering holes so would be happy to introduce you to some of Maun wacky locals, and of course, can help hook you up with operators taking safaris into the bush, and maybe take you myself if I'm free.

Only hosted, never surfed. In time though......

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my line of work there are lots. My most incredible days in the bush were probably in Khwai a few years back when I saw 6 different leopards in 2 days - my favourite cats, and always a pleasure to spend time with them in the bush
