About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling and enjoying work-life-balance! :)

ABOUT ME

I am a nice guy (ha, who wouldn't say that ^^) and like to meet new people and experience new things.
And most of all I want to get to know the part of the world I am living in.
I am very talkative and mostly outgoing but I can listen as well because you do not learn if you do not listen.
You can also find me on facebook and flickr: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1202750381

PHILOSOPHY

I am having fun! I am learning new stuff every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a nice time with a fellow from Kaohsiung (Taiwan) the first and only time I tried Couchsurfing before.
He and his nice roomates (2 of them were even studying German) were very nice and went out of their way to entertain me for an evening. Even though they had lots of homework to do.
------------
My second CouchSurfing experience in Lausanne went very well too. I was having a really entertaining time with Rachael and her friends.

Interests

Books, sports, cycling, hiking, sightseeing, history, internet, electronics (of course, as electrical engineering student..) - and everything else :D
I like to learn something about everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kind of stupid action and comedy romance movies. Sci-Fi as well.
Easy and entertaining sci-Fi literature, fantasy.
And now and then a heavy book like "War and Peace" or currently a biography of Mao Tse Tung.
I am open to many kinds of music. If I had to name a Top 3 it's gonna be Electronic Music, Indie-Rock and Electro-Pop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scooting around in Taiwan and randomly meeting the Tsou-People (an aboriginal ethnic minority), partying and staying the night with them.

Teach, Learn, Share

Share: Travels in europe. Living in Taiwan. Some basic knowledge about nearly everything.
Teach: German if you're interested ^^. Stuff about electronics (who doesn't have some kinds of computer troubles..) and the internet. Travelling in Germany.
Learn: Nearly everything.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Laos, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Viet Nam
