About Me

I love the movement. it is so perfect for me to observe the changes in things,in space, in time, in energy. Dance is one thing that has defined my way. I also act, design, teach children and young people, practice breakdance, biking, walking, movies, books, music so much.

I actually work as a contemporary dance teacher, acting teacher, breakdance teacher, choreographer, producer, and dancer. I wish i could direct a theater, I have to move more.

i think world is too big all the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have just started my interest in Couchsurfing. Honestly a friend told me about the facilities of taking part in this community and the motivation of it. I was said it is done for sharing experiences.
On July, I´m traveling to NY in order to take a urban dance training program "StreetStyleLab". The city is the place where all urban dance started.I really wish to see and experience the moment of being there in NY as a journey of learning. This is a main reason for me to be on Couchsurfing, I mean, I am looking for the experience on meeting something different. I am working hard to afford this, and i wish I could see as close as possible people life styles, beliefs, interests, or any. I am also open to contribute by sharing my experiences, ideas or abilities I met with.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have lotsof favorite music, all the music has something to be heard. How ever rhythms and diversity of instrument make me feel alive: afro, latin, funk, rock, pop, folk and chilean folk a lot. There are chilean bands and artists that cut my eye: Los Jaivas, Inti Illimani, Los prisioneros, Newen Afro beat, La Moral Distraida and others. I love too sounds from the world like japanesse, chinesse, arabian, balkanic, brazilian, mexica, colombian artists.
I love movies, but I am not good with the names o directors, some of my favorite movies are: Butterfly Effect, Interstellar, Under the Skin, Shame... and a lot of martial arts genre.
Book I love are novels, mainly latin american writers i know: José Donoso , Roberto Bolaños, Cortázar, Benedetti.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once i was on the shore, it was one summer afternoon in Tomé, a town where I 've been linving for the last four years. I was having some relaxing moment at the water, being moved by the waves and creating a kind of floating motion that conected my body and the water. after a mid-hour practicing somevery strong sensation started to develop. it was like if i had felt earth's breathing. i'll never forget.
