About Me

What first started as a one week trip to Budapest for a music festival then turned into a 3 month trip across Europe haha. Decided if I was to ever going to cross Backpacking Europe off my bucket list, this was the best time to do it. As I plan to go back to school after this and settle down.

I do plan on hosting once I come back home. I would love to show people some of my favorite things my country has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'v been doing WorkAway for the past month and along my travels I met some people who recommended it to me. So here I am giving it a try haha. I really enjoy the cultural exchange from WorkAway and I hope i will get the same type of cultural exchange with my hosts. I feel like I get a much better experience interacting with locals than staying in a hotel or hostel. All my hosts have been lovely amazing people. I try to take some good things from each person I meet along the way, and hopefully they are able to take something from me.

If you can't host me but have some recommendations please send them my way!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have the most random music taste. I just put my playlist on shuffle and let it do its thing haha. It often goes from Indie rock, to Latin party anthems, followed by German rap (i have know idea what they say but it sounds hardcore haha), and ends with some slow ballads. Just no country please :P

As to books.. I don’t read as much as I would like to, but I do love a lot of science and science fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Uh.. I used to take care of an endangered bird species in California (Clapper Rail), and in the summer we would release the hatchlings into the wild to increase their population numbers.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to catch a lizard with a piece of grass? haha

Spanish or English.

More than anything I would just love a cultural exchange.

What I Can Share with Hosts

-A good time. I consider my self to be an open minded easy going guy.

-I can help you with your Spanish or English if you are a learner.

-A place to stay if you ever come to California.

-And obviously some cultural exchange. I love to learn not only the ways in which all cultures are different, but also in which ways we are the same.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, England, France, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Mexico, United States
