I consider myself a quiet, nice, happy-optimist-positive guy, who enjoy listening, observing and learning about everything, I use to empathise a lot with people.

Traveling for me is a way to see by myself how the world works, how people from the further place do everything, I enjoy the sights, but mostly the culture and the people. For me traveling is learning, is inspiration.

I have lived in several cities, and work in different areas (advertising, web design, barista, teacher, etc. ), and have plenty of other interest (sports, art, history, science, photography, etc.) but I think the one that I'm most dedicate is music. I played in a couple bands as drummer and guitarist, and really enjoy listening or playing anything that fall into my hands =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I really enjoy travelling, not only for the sights, I like learning from other cultures and other people in first hand. I think this could be one of the best ways to understand and see how people lives are in other places.

Interests

mmmm well, summarizing I like to know the history of the places I visit, and the stories of the people living there. I also like and study the creativity in most of it's faces (engineering, design, MUSIC, I really enjoy music (I kind of play guitar and drums)).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not the kind of person who has a list of this things, so i'll just say some random names that comes to my head: in music: muse, radiohead, death cab for cutie, incubus, pearl jam, rise against, anti-flag, lagwagon, yann tiersen, thrice, millencolin, foo fighters, frank turner, mumford and sons, of monsters and men, vetusta morla, berri txarrak, moneen, and a long long looooong etcétera.

I also like movies like amelie, untouchables, big fish, eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, pixar movies in general, into the wild, lost in traslation, scrubs, seinfeld, black mirror, the newsroom, etcetcetc...

And as books, I'm currently hooked to Terry Pratchet's world, I used to like Harry Potter," The name of the wind", I loved "Brave New World" and 1984....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

fufff, I don't know. I think I became quite good at starting from zero. Every job that I've had was in a new field for me. I moved a couple times to a completly new place. I don't know, I really enjoy the opportunity of starting in something new and fresh to me, and learning everything from it
