About Me

Hello,

I'm José Roberto. I was born in a small town called Playas del Rosario, in Tabasco. Suddenly, me and my family moved on to Villahermosa, the capital city of Tabasco. So, one dream always was come back to Playas del Rosario's house, and now i'm living there.

I've been living in Tabasco, Yucatán, Chiapas y Jalisco. And my family is from San Luis Potosí and Campeche. I am a dreamer, and a biologist, this combination let me visit many places in Mexico, and experiences between joy, sadness and every emoticons. I like to work with people in natural areas, it's a full job. You need to see everywhere and imagine that every element of that system is connected... and i remember that phrase: the flutter of a butterfly's wing can ultimately cause a typhoon halfway around the world.

I am a devoted about the nature, and believer that we can build a better world, but in the same way i think that meaning too much work, for everybody, since the little kid until the grandpa.

Well, I hope to meet some of you.

Interests

Well, i think possible is due to my activities in the last year, but i am a completly passionated for making conections, bridges, between nature and city. Nowadays, i study the master degree, about how the conservation public policies affect the communities' adaptive capacity to climate change. So i like meet people in this remote places, how works politics in the region, and what can we do to better the life quality: humans and nature.

I have another hobbys, obviously, but i think they aren't so interesting like the last one. I like read books, the last one was "The memories of the future" (los recuerdos del porvenir) by Elena Garro, right now i started "Full moon in the Rocks" (Luna llena en las rocas) by Xavier Velasco. And i am a writer and a non-professional photographer too.
