A chill dude, looking to stay over at places when traveling, can join in conversations about almost anything. The one thing you will be hearing will be my laugh or the jokes and then my laugh. I’m just a funny person, I like to go as the life flows, enjoy the ride and smile about things! As you can probably tell I’ve just started this couch surfing experience, so I have no idea what to expect, but hell, the one thing about me is that I never shy away from new things or adventures! From a while now, I’m traveling together with my GF Paula, she is basically the same as me, just a bit shorter and smarter, a young duo with willingness to see the world, meet new people, share stories and welcome each day with the good ol’ high five! “But I’ll let you know if its us both or me alone.”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well there are two things mainly. One, is to rather spend the money on dinner and drinks with the hosts than to pay for a hotel. And the other, to find new people and make good friends around the world, share stories and experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of stuff, mostly to some house, oldies but goodies, oldschool hiphop with some new ones in the mix, but overall I can listen to almost anything.
I watch action movies, thrillers, comedies and from TV shows I like the classic sitcoms like The Office or Brooklyn 99, and then ofc. some Breaking Bad and the big ones since I don’t have too much time on my hands to watch too many.
And I might be the worst reader of them all, literally I have maybe read a maximum of 10 books, but lately I tried to start it up, there is a story why I am bad at this :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked to the Nevada falls in Yosemite and came back to the camp during night time with a good look over my shoulder every now and then to see if there are no wild black bears or mountain lions following me, and completely exhausted after 9 hours of hiking slept in the back of the rented car, one of the best memories forever!

I’m a logistics speciallist, so you can ask me anything that is related to that! Different sports is my passion, football, floorball, beach volley, running, skating, ice hockey, etc., you name it. But I’m short so there is no basketball in this guy. I’m kind of from the country side so I know some life tips and tricks, will find some ways to get things done. And can give a helpful hand.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I make really good pancakes if you ask me. Those are the best in the morning with your favourite cup of coffee! I’m a tidy person so I will always leave it clean and how it was after myself. And ofcorse I will tell you all the stories about me, Latvia and the interesting things I do. Pair me up with some beer and it might just be better than your childhood bedtime stories!
