I have recently left the dream job, as so many have told me. To dedicate myself to my dream - to travel without final destination and without any end date ... I have already done this in the past for short periods, and I had discovered that it is the best thing for me.

Starting in June 2019 from my home city Riga (in Latvia), and plan to travel at least 15-20 countries. I plan to discover the main cities and attractions, see how the locals are living, understand the history and traditions of the people and learn the culture.

To have more adventures on my trip, I have also decided to find out open minded and available people to let me stay on their couch and avoid the usual hotel stay.

I am full of travel stories, different work and life experiences. My biggest passion is traveling, but I also love cooking good Italian food and the photography.

I will also be happy to give any help with technology (it was my work for most time of my life) and help with the languages I know.

One of my main goals will be - try to find a host for every night of my long journey, I want to challenge my self.

My trip is over!

• 8965 km - by hitchhiking (100% route of trip)
• 89 drivers needed for the trip
• 1480 km - walked by foot
• 46 visited locations
• 15 visited countries (+1 non-recognized)
• 73 days to complete the trip
• 44 Couchsurfing hosts for accommodations

Thanks to all the hosts, my drivers and other people I met on this trip!

It was an unforgettable experience and without any doubt better than what I was hoping for!
