About Me

ABOUT ME

At the moment I am planning to visit the US again in August/September. Would be great to find places to stay and/or people to hang out with!

I love travelling, even though I hadn't had the chance to travel a lot in the last few years. I have had some "official" Couchsurfing experiences staying at people's places or hosting them, but also a lot of other couchsurfing where I stayed at or hosted people I got to know randomly.

I am a musician and I also study Data Science at the moment. The most special occasion for Couchsurfing was when I was nominated for an Emmy three years ago and went to Los Angeles, but Netflix only paid for three nights in a hotel, so I stayed at a very nice guy's place and we even got to make some music together. I also like to do different kinds of sports (preferably ball sports), cook new meals, and generally learn new things. That's why I'm also always interested in meeting locals when I go somewhere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i travelled in chile, argentina, usa, russia, ukraine, germany, bali, singapore, italy, slovenia, croatia, sweden, finland, portugal, spain, france, belgium, england, netherlands, switzerland, austria, romania, hungary, denmark, poland, estonia, and probably more, and i always experienced great people and interesting stories. often i stayed at someone’s place, sometimes via couchsurfing, sometimes just people i met somewhere, i also hosted a lot of times, also sometimes via couchsurfing, but by far more often people who just needed a place, friends of friends or whatever. couchsurfing is great because it’s so easy to connect like that. especially when you come to a place you’ve never been to before.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking up Volcan Fuego in Guatemala in the night and watching it erupt very closely.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can definitely teach you a bit of piano if you're interested, it is my main instrument and I have one upright piano at home. I can also show you my favorite recipes and we can cook together. And I always love to learn new things from you :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Everything I know about the city, everything I have here we can share, I can show you around and we can do something together, and if the weather is nice we could even drive out to a lake near Berlin or some other nice place in my old Volkswagen van.

And of course music! No matter if playing instruments or listening to records.
