About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Ultimately, and pehaps a little ambitiously, to save the world. At the moment I am still learning things. So please, teach me. I am also looking for a light blue milk crate, so if you find one I would love to take it off your hands.

ABOUT ME

I'm usually happy. I love having new experiences, discovering different ideas and going on adventures. I like to think that I have a liberal view on most things. I have been at university for the past three years and have been living in Melbourne since the start of 2006. It's a fantastic city. You'll like it.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life the best way you can. Change the world for the better if you know how. Look after the Earth, because it's where we live. I like to think that small things have the potential to make a big difference. Understanding is always better than tolerating. Debate and opinion are wonderful things but ones views should never be imposed upon another.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm extremely new to couch surfing though the idea has been circulating around my head for a long time now. At the moment I just want to help people on their way, because I am sure that in the not too distance future I will be looking for couches to crash on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think I have slept on others' couches more often than they have slept on mine, though never officially - until now. Yay!

Interests

Music (really? me too!), reading/learning, sustainability/environment, photography, hiking, cooking (this does not necessarily suggest proficiency), riding (bikes that is, not so good at horses), making (again, proficiency is not necessarily inferred). In general, most things interest me. Except accounting.

The Oxfam Trailwalker - walking 100kms with almost 3000 other people. Sore feet afterwards but an incredible experience.

I am not particularly good at anything. I can juggle a little, play a couple a instruments poorly, do a Rubik's cube and stand on my head. Teach me things!
