ABOUT ME
I love to read, learn, watch movies/documentaries, bake, explore. I just moved to Austin to work at the restaurant Vespaio. Before I was living on an Eco-Farm in Israel--one of the best decisions I ever made. I recently graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Baking and Pastry Arts Management and hope to eventually open up a medicinal herb/permaculture teahouse.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like to read when I have spare time--I am a big fan of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, both movie and book form.
I am a huge music fan--I love going to concerts and the amazing energy that is brought about by live music. I have a wide range of taste from classic rock to indie rock to musical soundtracks. JAZZ
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking to Jerusalem from Modi'in.
Kotel at sunrise and then walking around the old city before anything was open.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to make bread and tea for people as well as many other food. I think that very little is more nourishing for people than to give them a tasty treat to eat--food isn't just about fuel it is about the nutrients, quality and taste too. I went to culinary school for baking and pastry arts. One of my favorite things to bake is bread, but I have also had formal training in other pastry and dessert items.
