ABOUT ME

I'm an active student - half-french, half-english. And I travel as much as I possibly can. I study languages and Edinburgh university: Spanish, German, but Russian as major which Is why I usually travel to Russian speaking countries.
I'm open to any opportunity, and consider couchsurfing as one of the best ways to travel. When people host me, I'm always ready to help, contribute or just simply chat and meet new people! (that's what it's all about after all...)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As most people on this website, I love travelling; but as it turns out, I'm usually travelling by bike or on foot or sailing! so Couchsurfing is great not only for a short stopover, but also to meet people who help you see the place you discover in a new light, a non-tourist light, and that's really what I treasure about my couchsurfing experience!

Interests

I'm a musician: guitar, Saxophone, trumpet and percussions. I mostly play Jazz and have a jazz trio in France with which I regularly play in small venues when I come back to France. I'm also very active and passionate about theatre and have put together two of my passions: theatre and travel in a travelling theatre company called 'the Modern day Minstrels' (we actually have a couchsurfing account: Menestrels des temps modernes check us out if ever one of our shows comes your way!, alternatively check out our facebook page or website: menestrelsmodernes.com)
I've spent a lot of time studying, learning, speaking and teaching foreign languages so I guess that must be another one of my main interests, but I do consider that as a tool for communication more than just a "hobby". The list is of course unfinished, cause, well let's face it: who knows what interests we can discover while travelling!
