Overview
About Me
I came back from Australia a few months ago, now back home in Brussels
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting and living with local people when i travel to a new country with a new culture. For me the essence of travel is all about meeting people from the country you are visiting. Locals obiously know the country and can pass on their knwoledge about their culture, their live challenge in their home country,....Meeting locals brings travel to a new level of satisfaction that historical sites cannot bring to me.Travel has always been about connecting with people for me, i cherish the new friends i make thanks to traveling.
Couchsurfed in Nepal, Swaziland, London, Scotland and Australia.Lived with many locals i met during my travels.I made it my goal to stay with locals so i would accept most invitations i would receive ( in public transport, from school teachers...) while travelling in africa and aisia
Interests
I love nature and making new friendsips while traveling abroad.
I have walked 400 km of the camino de Santiago in Spain and found this experience a great opportunity to make friends as well as discover the nature of the area.
I do enjoy being in a foreign country as i find it exciting.
I have interest in organic farming and permaculture.I am vegetarian, striving to be vegan, eating mostly organic food.
