About Me
(Updated: July 6, 2017 )
I'll try to sum up. I'm a sarcastic one who is curious about mostly everything. I prefer hunting down interesting places and looking through new neighborhoods to trying new restaurants (although I have local favourites of course). I'm a quiet person as well. At this point i'm used to it, I love checking out local music and open mics but would rather stay home and drink tea (or beer!) than be at a loud party.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea behind couchsurfing- to explore, learn and meet new people. I think it's an important way to grow.
Interests
my newest interest is probably bouldering/rockclimbing (it's crazy popular in Vancouver). Other stuff I like to do is hike, go for runs in the park near my house, check out local music and events. Drinking tea/coffee/beer is good too. sometimes I practice guitar and try to learn German.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite band is Mother Mother. Music wise I like alternitive, blues, folk and I'm also a sucker for any cool lady who plays guitar.
Princess Bride, A Knights Tale, Search for the Holy Grail. I did not theme those on purpose.
My favourite authors are Terry Pratchett, Bill Bryson and maybe Douglas Adams. Clearly I have a science fiction tendency.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Adopted a 10 year old cat and looked after her.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been learning about audio production in school, road the yoga train for a while so I feel i can help you improve or learn a bit of that. Or teach you the basics of climbing.
