About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore areas of life that I have never experienced before.

ABOUT ME

I'm a big dork, yet somehow I have a social life. Go figure. I love to learn and experience new things, and am usually up for trying most anything at least once. I'm open minded, easy going and a smart person to converse with. I don't enjoy watching any sports, but I (used to; quit due to distance) play on a soccer team with a bunch of friends. Sometime (hopefully) I plan on getting a box truck, converting it into a mini-house, and touring around the whole country in search of adventure and new experiences. Feel free to ask me about that last part, I love talking to people about it and getting their feedback.

PHILOSOPHY

Let that what does not matter not get to you. Let what does matter bother you to the core, or at least deep enough to do something about it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted many people, and a CouchSurfing potluck! I also attend many CS events and love to meet all the wonderful people on here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never surfed yet, and I plan to, but currently my only experience is hosting about 1-2 dozen people at my place. ... not all at the same time, though. :)

Interests

Computers, electronics, TV, motorcycles, eating, sleeping outside, astronomy, the brain, girls, construction, cycling, styles, languages, science.

Music, Movies, and Books

Family Guy, Simpsons, Futurama, Fifth Element, 12 Monkeys, Shawshank Redemption, Scrubs.

Most of the books I read are non-fiction, and usually just technical guides, yet one of my favorites is The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skied down the Rocky Mountains the first time I ever skied. I lost my virginity in a room full of people. I once ate fish paste with pickled eggs and a side of pig ears.
