Overview
About Me
I'm an adventurous nerd and ultra-marathon runner!
I spend all of my time learning new things and this is why I proudly call myself a nerd. From learning new technologies to help in my job as a software developer, to learning about the fascinating histories of the places I visit and also learning about hobbies I pick up like running, rock-climbing and most recently - travelling!
I have lived in Cape Town and Johannesburg and I've travelled to many cities and towns in Africa.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to explore different cities in Europe to experience the lifestyle of local people who live in those cities. I want to discover cities that I would enjoy living in.
Interests
In South Africa we have some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world and I try to explore as many as possible on holidays with friends and during trail running events. Experiencing the beauty and isolation of nature is a thrill for me and I want to find more experiences like that.
Running has helped me explore new areas in unique ways and fuels my appetite for adventure and challenge.
I have always loved computers and technology and I am very lucky that I can do this for a job.
