Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Very new at this. Usually available to hang out with anyone visiting, and hoping to eventually have a couch big enough to sleep people comfortably. Occasionally attended couchsurfing group meetings when I lived in Chaing Mai, Thailand.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a roommate that hosted many couchsurfers years ago in Atlanta. Have not hosted myself or stayed with anyone yet, but have met only great people so far that are a part of the network.

Interests

I have an unhealthy preoccupation with pop culture trivia, especially music and film of days gone by. I love reading about the stories behind art almost as much as the art itself. However, I think nothing beats the visceral thrill of dancing to good music (especially live music).

I'm interested in and usually enjoy outdoors activities such as hiking and swimming, but I usually need some sort of outside motivation to get me moving. I play soccer casually, and I'm usually down for a pickup game.
