About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Challenge the World

ABOUT ME

I am from Berlin. While spending all my childhood in a big city the call of the wild got louder and louder. So I spend all my holidays in the Mountains, at the Sea or anywhere where the next house is at least 50 km far away :)

Nevertheless sometimes everyone needs cities ... So I hope there is someone who feels like me and give me a home for a couple of nights, I can pay with tons of exciting stories.

PHILOSOPHY

"Be off the Grid !" and like a nice host told me once
"Keep on Knockin on Foreign Doors"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not too long ago I got the first time the treat to be a host. That was when I was sharing a flat in Vienna. I am moving now to Grenoble and hope there will be place for more surfers in my new flat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Plain perfect :) I slept a couple of times on foreign couches and was once a host and everything turned out to be great !

My personal favorite was a travelling story teller, I did not have the honor to host him but it was a fantastic evening listening to his stories !

Interests

Everything :) Just give me input and I thank you for a new experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think there are three amazing thinks about Couchsurfing:
Experiencing - Receiving - Giving

Experiencing: Does not really matter where and what but any new place will give you at least one good memory :)

Receiving: Allthough it might sound egoistic I have to say that the fact that "foreign" people are willing to share something with me amazes my everytime. And that feeling is the same for the rich norwegian willing to share an amazing evening with barbeque and lots and lots of wine or the croation farmer that can not be persuade to not give tons of grapes.

Giving: Its plain fun to see that someone is happy for what you have given to him/her.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I make quite a good "Berliner Curry Wurst" so anyone who is intereseted just ask me ;)
