ABOUT ME

I am a thirtysomething guy from Budapest, who is really inerested in other cultures, and really enjoy helping visitors out, and showing them around in our hometown. Although I am new to the couchsurfing.com community itself, I have hosted friends and visitors in my home from Poland, the Czech Republc, Austria and Brazil.

I am an architect. I'm interested in graphic arts (I draw cartoons and comics for a few Hungarian publications).

I love music and also sing in a Choir.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy helping out visitors from other countries, might they need only directions to not get lost in our city, or a place to stay for a couple of days.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have travalled around Europe with my choir, staying with host famlies for a couple of days, and I really enjoyed the experience.

I also have hosted people in my flat from Poland, the Czech Republc, Slovakia, Mexico, Spain, Austria and Brazil.

When staying with other people as a visitor, the most important thing is finding out how much they are interested in you and your culture. Some people enjoy talking about how things are in both of your countries, some others prefer when you do not bother them too much. It's essential to find the right balance.
