I am a nice, easy going person who love chatting, talking, socializing and sharing stories and experiences. I think that everybody has something interesting to tell and teach: it's the best way to open up your mind and wide your horizons.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling, meeting people, getting to know them and their cultures and speaking english so when a friend of mine told me about CS, i had to sign in. Then i discovered that a lot of my fellows, colleagues and friends already knew it !

Interests

A lot...maybe too many :P

I'm a medical doctor and i know that it could sound a little bit obvious but i love anything related to medicine, human anatomy and physiology.
In general I prefer much more scientific subjects like maths (one of my favourite during high school), physics, biology, etc rather than literature and law.

I really love cooking and baking. I'm a fan of Mediterranean cousine but i can "cross the ocean" when we talk about cakes and sweets : one of my hobbies is
Cake Design (have ever heard about it ?), the art of decorating cakes with sugar paste or plastic chocolate; it's much more common in USA, Canada or UK, but nowadays it's spreading all over the Europe, especially in Italy.

I have always liked reading, but since i started medicine, finding the time to do it has become very difficult, so actually the last book (no medical one XD) i read was last year.

When i wanna relax, i can draw with a background classical music. I prefer landscapes and natural views.

I played volleyball for 5 years but i had to give it up long time ago because i sprained my ankle. I sometimes play it with my friends just for fun.

The last but not the least, i really love dancing salsa and latin music in general. I discovered it only two years ago and now it's a real passion. Dancing makes me happy when nothing else can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Don't have a music genre i like mostly : it depends on the mood and on what i have to do. My favourite movies and books are fantasy with supernatural characters but i enjoy thrillers too.
