Overview
About Me
I love life! I am a ski patroller in the winter, a farmer in the summer, and a yoga teacher all around. My passions include but are not limited to sustainable living, outdoor adventure, meeting new people, yoga, mountain biking, meditation, skiing, beautiful vegetables, meaningful conversations, dogs, and intentional communities. I live my life day to day trying my best to be present and open to the world around me. I love hard work and nothing gives me more satisfaction than building something from the ground up, whether that be a farm, a goat co-op, or a cause that I believe in. Colorado is one of the places that I am lucky enough to call home and I truly love the mountains here, I wake up every morning with so much gratitude and amazement for the world around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and my favorite part about experiencing a new place is getting to know the locals. While I have only just created my own profile on couch surfing, I have had the privilege of couch surfing around the country with friends that have profiles. I have also had couch surfers stay at my home many times. I have always had an open door policy for my home, I love when people come to stay and share bits of their life with me. I hope now that I have my own couch surfing profile I can meet new people and show the travelers of the road the same kindness that has bestowed upon me.
Interests
I am a passionate food activist and farmer, I truly believe our food choices can change the world. I love the great outdoors, hiking, climbing, biking, running, yoga and skiing are a part of my daily life. I make extra effort to learn new things from strangers, friends, teachers, and students every day. Good music and good books are necessary and nothing beats cooking with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
It's hard to pick favorites when the world is so big.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled to Mexico with some friends to climb the 18,000 ft volcano Pico de Orizaba. The people we met and the experiences we had along the way will never be forgotten. When we meet I can tell you more.
