I work in the medical field. I love to travel and try to really explore each country in depth when I travel. While travelling I like to see the main sites but also get to know the local culture and perspectives, and to get outdoors and explore the countryside and small towns. Besides travelling I like curling, cuddling with my two pet bunnies, hiking, drinking wine, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always found that some of my favourite experiences travelling are while staying in smaller local run places - getting to know the locals, eat at the places they would eat and go to the places they would go. I think it gives a lot more authentic experience rather that just seeing the country's tourist sites and not interacting with the people themselves. I would love to see what life is actually like for those that live in the country.
