About Me
CURRENT MISSION
fall in love with Spain even more!
ABOUT ME
Hey, I am a student from west London and I love to travel!
I have always been involved in helping others, I volunteered for a local children's hospice and pets charity whilst studying at college. I also regularly fund raise for the British heart foundation and currently looking for fundraising activities to raise money for SnowCamp.
I volunteered on various projects whilst travelling in Borneo. This included building a board walk around a sunbear enclosure and installing a gravity water feed system into a remote village in the Paka Gaya area. I am familiar and used to using power tools (as well as regular ones) and know about building things to last in all weather! I'm a quick learner and would love to learn new skills whilst away travelling.
I studied French up to the age of 17 and speak a little Italian, i'm keen to improve my language skills.
I'm a friendly open person and look forward to meeting new people.
I am travelling to Madrid on the 19th June and looking for places to stay from there on, travelling up to barcelona on the 26th and booked into a hostel until the 1st of July, looking for place to crash after that anywhere around.
PHILOSOPHY
I just want to be happy, I love exploring different countries and different cultures :)
Interests
I qualified as a ski instructor in 2010 and have been teaching part time in various resorts since. I've taught all ages and abilities and i'm always happy to share tips in and out of season! I also enjoy bouldering (not too many mountains in London!) although I can't claim to being very good!
Other sports I also enjoy include rugby, football and mountaineering. I like to keep active and spend time outdoors. I love cooking and try to eat healthily, i'm not vegan or vegetarian but always open to trying new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During my time in Borneo I worked on a project to install a gravity water feed into a remote village. The village was a two hour trek uphill from a road and was incredibly beautiful but deep into poverty. I was able to see the first tap of running water ever to be turned on in the village and see the look of joy on the villagers faces.
