CURRENT MISSION

To connect with others and find joy in people and experiences, both with others and alone, spiritual growth, creative growth, sustainability in the earth. I enjoy playing with people and having fun even in the shortest interactions. I am a Wellbeing and Communication Coach and find coaching to be one of the best ways to create change and transformation that I have found. It takes a village and coaching is a powerful part of that village of life.

ABOUT ME

Sense of humor and play highly important. Love to be outside as much as possible especially when it's warm. I spend time cooking healthy vegetable meals with some non-vegetable thrown in. Like hiking, nature, creating, learning, self development, writing, having meaningful conversations with friends and strangers too.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I have surfed in a bunch of places and enjoyed some very meaningful connections with my hosts. Couchsurfing is a way of life and the people you find here are some of the best people I've met.

I've hosted several people, but as I'm a little far from public transportation, (about 5 miles from the Light Rail) it doesn't always work for surfers to come out here in the country. We are only 10 miles from the city though. I would love to host more or just share time with others. I'm available to help out with rides to and from the airport or other public transportation spots.

Read a lot of self development, coaching, communication, psychology nonfiction.
Fiction--authors who write with depth. I like the style to have psychological introspection as well as cleverness--and not too many descriptive details or my eyes glaze over.

Some favorite series are Transparent, Catastrophe, comedians, Modern Love, This is Us, Offspring, This Way up, The Good Doctor, Life as Beth, Ted Lasso, Schmigadoon

Traveling around florida with my dog, using couchsurfing and meeting new friends. Learning how to be resilient and not be attached to a schedule and a plan.
every day brings something amazing....it's more about being than doing.

I love meeting new people and sharing deep conversations and seeing what growth can come from each interaction. We don't always know the impact our words and ways will have on someone's path.

I love kids, so it would be great to host folks with their kid(s)! Not having any of my own makes me much more patient with others! Plus, I get to give them back!
