About Me

2016: Zac and I moved to the UK in the autumn of 2016 to pursue Master's degrees. I'm studying History of Art, while he is studying Medieval Literatures and Languages. We're trying to see as much of Europe as possible while we're living in the UK. Last term, we made an impromptu trip to Krakow, Poland and it was super awesome even though it was freezing. We also spent 12 days touring Spain and it was definitely not freezing and ate way too many tapas.

Our next trip is to Rome in March, and we'd love to meet some new friends! I'd love to meet a local to show me all the hidden gems in such an art-filled city. The art historian in me is going to freak out!

2015: We live in Charleston, SC with our kitten, Heloise. If you've never been to Charleston, please do come! This city is so full of life, and it's pretty much always warm. Also there's a beach, so that's really all you need.

Amelia studied Art History in college and Zac studied Literature. We are currently both considering going to graduate school, and are traveling around the UK and Ireland visiting universities. Back in Charleston, Amelia works as an artist manager at a local art gallery and Zac is a barista at a local coffee shop.

We love to read, watch Netflix, play with our kitten, create art (Amelia paints and Zac writes), take walks around town with our cameras in tow, and eat tons of good food Charleston's restaurants have to offer. We aspire to travel more, and are currently making that happen! We would love for you to come visit us and our city someday!
