I grew up in Tandil, when I was 18 I went to live and study to Buenos Aires. I enjoyed a lot those years of concerts, going out with friends and traveling. When I graduated I went to live to New Zealand and then to Australia with a work and holiday visa. After I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I decided to set up the first gluten-free malting plant in Latin America, with my sister and a friend. I love my job and I love to travel, I want to find a balance between both =)
