Hola! Me llamo Rocío y soy de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Estoy aprendiendo a vivir más en el presente y parte de ese proceso es aprovechar cada oportunidad que tengo para explorar ciudades desconocidas, realizar nuevas aventuras y conocer gente en esos viajes. Siempre tuve interés por viajar y descubrir nuevos lugares, pero recién pude cumplir ese sueño recientemente gracias a que finalicé la universidad y conseguí trabajo.

Hi! My name is Rocío and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm learning to live more in the present and part of that process is taking every opportunity I have to explore unfamiliar cities, go on new adventures and meet people on those trips. I always had an interest in traveling and discovering new places, but I was only able to fulfill that dream recently thanks to the fact that I finished college and got a job.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hace poco hice una lista de "cosas que hacer antes de morir" y una de ellas es visitar cada provincia de mi país, como parte del proceso de vivir más en el presente. Otro de mis objetivos es vencer mi ansiedad social y, a pesar de considerarme introvertida, poder interactuar más socialmente y crear nuevas amistades. Creo que a través de Couchsurfing puedo combinar estos dos propósitos y conocer historias inspiradoras que me motiven a avanzar aún más con mis metas. También me encantaría compartir mi conocimiento y mostrarles mi hermosa ciudad, Buenos Aires, ya que al ser nacida y criada en ella, conozco los lugares más lindos, relevantes, interesantes y auténticos.

I recently made a bucketlist and one of the goals is to visit every province in my country, as part of the process of living more in the present. Another goal is to overcome my social anxiety and, despite considering myself an introvert, to be able to socialize more and create new friendships. I believe that through Couchsurfing I can combine these two purposes and learn inspiring stories that motivate me to move even further with my goals. I would also love to share my knowledge and show you my beautiful city, Buenos Aires, given that being born and raised in it, I know the most beautiful, relevant, interesting and authentic places.
