About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy my friends and family before a I move (again) to the UK

ABOUT ME

I grew up in sort of a big town of house-caves within the province of Granada (Spain), although another half of my genealogic tree belongs to (and lives around) Córdoba (Spain).
I have studied and worked in different parts of the world and I have also done some leisure travelling around the globe. This has given to me the opportunity to taste & smell a wide range of great food, to take unforgettable photos with my eyes’ camera and to chat and hug a considerable number of varied and amazing people.

I’m moving to Nottingham (UK) in a couple of weeks, where I will spend the next 3 years of my life doing my PhD in a topic withing the ICU environment. At the same time, I am looking forward to enjoying British people and landscapes, which I learnt to enjoy 4 years ago while doing my Masters in Public Health at the University of Sheffield.

PHILOSOPHY

You can only light your part...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am a traveller and, still, homeless... But I hope to settle down in Nottingham soon and be able to receive and meet new people from around the globe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I still don’t have official experience in CS, but I lived in a couch surfing host house in Luxembourg for 6 months (official host was Tristan Schmur, membername KEWL, in case you'd like a reference), which was a great experience of trust and good vibes from nice and varied travellers.

Interests

I enjoy hiking, reading science fiction and thrillers, chatting and cooking with my good friends, laughing with my two brothers, listening to live jazz and soul music and, undoubtedly, independent travelling.
I forget names easily but I remember faces and numbers as easily.

Having cheese and wine inside the main temple of Angkor Watt (Cambodia) while seeing the sunset when EVERYONE except 2 Europeans, 2 Americans and one of the security guards of the temple, had been kicked out of the temple... Amazing!
