I'm an outgoing kookie kid who loves to meet new people and take awesome adventures-the kind where the outcome is uncertin. I really enjoy Swing Dancing, movies, snowboarding,and food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfing has been great to me. I have met many friends I never knew I had. It is so funny to me, either you are a Couchsurfer or you are not: when I tell people about couchsurfing (which I frequently do) they're responce is either "Wow! that is awesome" or "Wow....Why would you do that, aren't you scared or doesn't it make you uncomfortable?" I don't know what it is that is so great about CS but it is the only way to travel.

Interests

Most things that intrest me I already participate in, but there are some things I would like to learn more about. Like hardcore hiking--there are alot of awesome trails that run through the Tahoe area including the Western States Trail and the Pacific Crest and I would love to brave them but I feel I don't have enough knowledge to be safe. Another thing that has always interested me is Base Jumping--I have done alot of research on it and everyone recomends being an expert Sky Diver before you even think about trying it, and because I've never done that either I feel stuck mainly because the expense. Other than that, any time I can learn about new foods and cooking techniques always makes me happy.

okay this is kindof a wierd list but here it goes. Movies: The Last Waltz, Casablanca, Elf, Swingers, Reign Over Me, The Motorcycle Diaries, The Red Violin, The Cable Guy, City of God. Books: any Shakespeare, Lolita, For whom the Bell Tolls, The Kite Runner, The Master Game, The Jesus Matrix. Music: I can't make a list for this because I love all good music, but I am currently listening to: Authority Zero, Marley, Dylan, DJ Vadim, Cook, Big Bad Voodoo, Blue Cafe, Johnson, Harper, Matthews, Eva Cassidy.
