About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find some time to relax..

ABOUT ME

I am 33, male, from the US. I like the outdoors, bare feet, math. I've been a vegetarian for over a decade, and will probably be forever. I have degrees in physics and math, have worked filing patents, teaching, and engineering.
I like spending time with my friends or playing sports-mountain biking, running, jiu jitsu, climbing. I like good cooking, and am good-getting-better. I always have too much or too little time on my hands, but never in between.

PHILOSOPHY

This planet is getting too small.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My area is kinda out of the way of tourism.. but we'll see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with a nice girl and went to a concert at Den Haag, her friend and I had too many drinks, we snuck onto a train, they found out being drunk doesn't mean you can fly on a broom. I went through Frankfurt, spent time playing volleyball on the river Main and then met someone's very friendly grandmother. Biked up a mountain in Switzerland and then played video games while I recovered. Went to a posh night club in Milan, and watched my host pet a bear-dog. Ate great pasta in Rome, peaches and wine. Made myself into a mudman at a beach in Corfu with my host, and then explored an underground lake in Kefalonia. What's next?
