About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission objective is to live. Travel the world meeting other amazing people and experiencing all of the incredible cultures.

ABOUT ME

Well I guess I'd say that I'm a really down to earth person. Traveling is becoming one of my passions, which also include nature, music, books, and sports. I've played drums my whole life, but recently focus more on singing, guitar, and piano. I love all board sports especially snowboarding and surfing. I graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in International Development and am now doing post grad studies at Humber college in Toronto, so I hope to pursue this during my travels. I'm definitely a people person who rarely has trouble getting along with anyone. I find patience serves me well in many different situations. Careers are alright I guess, but there are too many things out there that I still want to see and accomplish.

PHILOSOPHY

There are cliches like "Life is Short", and "Live your life to the fullest", and so on. The thing is you can have such a great time if you actually live like this. Why pass up certain opportunities when others won't make you as happy. Why loose touch with friends who you've enjoyed the company of. If you pursue things like music and art, which you clearly have a passion for than you will clearly be rewarded. I also find that in many situations be it life, or just surfing a wave, that you cannot hesitate. Express yourself and for one more cliche, "keep it real".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've yet to couch surf, but I am trying to make it happen. My couch will always be here unless I'm away. I've also been trying to convince other friends that they need to join.

Interests

Writing music is one of my major passions and stress relievers. Board sports give me a freedom that most things cannot. Cooking is fun. Reading is useful. Family is the best. Friends are meant to be kept. Nature and remoteness is taken for granted. International Development is a goal. Culture is important.
