My date of birth states that I am merely 33 years old but I feel as though I've lived many lives already. I've lived all over from the historic townships of New England to the wild west, dwelled in the mountains and by the sea and in big cities and small towns, got a college degree, worked in a cubicle, taught English in a third world country, worked on all kinds of farms. picked countless tomatoes and dug up myriad potatoes, milked hundreds of gallons of cows milk, delivered baby goats, and now am building energy efficient timber framed homes. I never could have planned this journey for myself but am grateful for every step along the road that has brought me here and made me who I am.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have lived in many places and made wonderful friends wherever I've been. Now I find myself again in a new and unfamiliar area and would like to reach out to other fun and like-minded people. Western NC is a beautiful and peaceful area so come share in this natural wonder with me.
