ABOUT ME

Married for two years, we had already cycled each other on our side with friends, Lucie across Europe in 1014 and Pierre in 2013 along the Andes Cordillera, and we shared for a long time the dream of going to travel together by bike. it is now a reality since we travel currently around South-east of Asia from october 2018 to june 2019 to meet people and discover this part of the world.

In our previous travels, Lucie was riding a "normal" bike, Pierre riding a recumbent bike. For this trip, we chose a strange tandem that allows us (or requires?) to ride at the same pace, and facilitates meetings: a semi-recumbent tandem.

We also travel in connection with an association that promotes access to school for disadvantaged children, by proposing to our entourage to engage in a sponsorship. In exchange, we will meet the sponsored children to create a first link between them.

Among the many encounters made on the road, those with Warmshowers and Couchsurfing are often some of the most beautiful. So, thanks to you and the pleasure of meeting you!

I was working on a project of developping school for youngs in social and educational difficulties based on the philosophy of "made to learn". A Friend continue it during our trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
First times during summer 2012 during a crossing of France by cycle. Superb experience to renew without moderation !

Interests

Travel, of course ! Now, in South-East of Asia ! And tu big last, during two years (2011-2013) : 8 months in India, circus in Nicaragua, crossing of South America (Cordillera) by cycle, NGO in Cameroon, one month of sailing in Mediterranean see,... Maybe, the next one in your region !

Bike-cycle as preferred means of transportation (best is recumbent-bike ! ;-)
And Theatre and Music (classic guitar, french songs,...)
I can add scouting, many board-games, and globally sport,...

About Films and Books, I like "heroic-fantasy" with a good quantity of elves, dwarves, and strange creatures. But sometimes a more philosophic or simple story is nice too...
